Graphic Designer job description
We’re looking for a creative problem solver who is able to switch up styles and think on their feet to join our award-winning team of excellent people!
As a new member of the design team you must a able to work within a creative environment, developing cross-platform apps, responsive websites and games. You will need to have an eye for detail, have the strongest typography game and be able to spot a swatch from a mile away.
Working alongside a team of top class designers and developers you’ll be helping to develop forward-thinking concepts and then see them through to completion.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities Include
Participating in various design projects from concept to completion
Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design
Understand project requirements and concepts
Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
Produce assists to senior designer’s spec
Collaborate with team members to produce workable designs to a high standard
Take on special design tasks to support marketing projects (e.g. social media image creation)
Use feedback from leaders to improve work
Sourcing high quality stock images where required
Managing own workload
Previous experience as a Graphic Designer
Experience with design software and graphics editing tools
Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping, wireframes, storyboarding and concept art)
Understanding of visual elements (layout, typesetting and font-pairings and design and colour theory)
Excellent communication ability
A keen eye for detail
Time management and multitasking abilities
Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
Experience using time management and project tracking software
Understanding of Agile methodologies
